Create an account and sign in

The customer portal lives at manager.fivemshield.net.

Create an account

Section titled “Create an account”
  1. Open manager.fivemshield.net/register
  2. Fill in your last name, first name, email, address, city and country: they are used on your invoices
  3. Choose a password (at least 8 characters, longer is better)
  4. Tick I accept the terms of use and submit
  5. Check your emails: click the confirmation link you received to activate your account

Sign in

Section titled “Sign in”
  1. Open manager.fivemshield.net/login
  2. Enter your email and password, then Continue
  3. Tick Remember me to stay signed in on this computer

If you signed up with Google, use Continue with Google.

Forgot your password

Section titled “Forgot your password”

On the sign-in page, click Forgot password? and enter your email: you will receive a link to choose a new password.

Once signed in, remember to enable two-factor authentication.
