CDN & Caching troubleshooting

  1. Check that both lines are in server.cfg, copied from the portal, and that the server was restarted
  2. Check that the 57.130.34.0/24 range is allowed in your host’s firewall. This is the most common cause
  3. Check the Origin server: the IP and port must be those of your current FiveM server
  4. Test by temporarily removing the two lines: if everything works again, the issue is on the cache side, open a ticket
  • Look at the Cycle quota on the dashboard: if the quota is exceeded, the cache runs at reduced speed. Add a pack or change plan
  • Right after setup or a purge, the cache is empty: the first players still download from your server

Purge the cache, then have players reconnect.

  • The cache can’t reach your server: check the firewall (57.130.34.0/24)
  • You update resources very often, or purge regularly: each change forces the cache to download again

Update the Origin server with the new IP and port, then Save. Copy the two lines into the new server’s server.cfg and allow 57.130.34.0/24 in its firewall. See Set up the cache.

Still stuck? Open a ticket with the cache ID (CDN-…).
