Enable two-factor authentication (2FA)

Two-factor authentication adds a temporary code, generated by an app on your phone, on top of your password. Even if your password leaks, nobody can sign in without your phone.

1. Go to Profile Settings → Security
2. Click Set up 2FA
3. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, Microsoft Authenticator, 2FAS…)
4. Enter the 6-digit code shown by the app to confirm

From then on, the portal asks for the code shown in the app at each sign-in.

Don’t lose access

If you change phones, move your authenticator accounts before resetting the old one. Without the code, you will need to contact support to recover your account.

Never share your 2FA codes, even with someone claiming to be support: our team never needs them.
