Create a subdomain

Instead of sharing eu-one.fivemshield.net:30120, create an address like myserver.xdpfilter.net. Your players can then join with connect myserver.xdpfilter.net, with no port number.

1. NAME: the subdomain name, based on your server’s name (the panel name or the sv_hostname in server.cfg)
2. POINTS TO: the server address the subdomain points to. Keep the primary address
3. Click CREATE SUBDOMAIN

The summary shows the new address and the SRV record that lets players connect without typing the port.

Note

The subdomain can take a few minutes to work everywhere. The number of subdomains depends on your plan (X / Y counter).

Want a different subdomain name?

The suggested name comes from your server’s name. To get another one, change the server name before creating the subdomain.
